Local dairy company recalls products due to improper pasteurization

The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture is asking consumers to discard Moo Echo Dairy products purchased in Somerset and Westmoreland Counties, due to the products not being properly pasteurized, according to a release.

Recalled products include the following items, which were either sold at the company's store along Glades Pike in Somerset, Dormina's Kitchen Cupboard in Stoystown, Davidsville Fuel or at Lapp's Family Market in Latrobe.

The release adds that no illnesses have been reported but that anyone who may become ill from consuming these products should contact his/her primary care physician.
